Follow the story of our ex-VIA Rail Canada Budd RDC 6133 as we restore it to its former glory!

Update - A fascinating snippet that has come to light (courtesy of Derek Boles): An article in the May 1967 UCRS Newsletter by Omer Lavallee indicates that DAR (CP) #9058 closed out passenger service on the Quebec Central Railway between Quebec City and Sherbrooke on April 29, 1967. Mr Lavellee also indicates that it had lost its Dominion Atlantic lettering by that time.
Due to unprecedented demand Rapido Trains Inc. is pleased to reveal two strictly limited edition models of our forthcoming HO Scale RDC-1 decorated as our preserved unit #6133. The RDC will be made available in its classic VIA "blue/yellow stripes" scheme which it wore from around 1979 until its withdrawal in 2012 and in its new Rapido Trains RPDX scheme.
