Most Rapido employees are still working from home, although we do have some limited staff in our offices and warehouse.
While our service department and warehouse are once again open to receive your models for repair under warranty, we are not able to deal with walk-ins. Please contact us for authorization for your repair and ensure that any model you send to us is accompanied by the completed form provided. We are able to take care of pick-ups and drop-offs by appointment only.
You can still order pre-order products. Our factories are working and new product deliveries are ongoing.
